Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

An intense northeast monsoon is bringing significantly cooler and rainy weather to Guangdong. Locally, temperatures over the northern part of the New Territories fell to around 16 degrees at night.

Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow

Cloudy with a few rain patches. It will become cool significantly. Temperatures will range between 15 and 18 degrees tomorrow. Moderate to fresh northeasterly winds, occasionally strong offshore.

Outlook : Temperatures will drop further and there will be a few rain patches in the following couple of days. It will be cold early to midweek next week.
